THE EXTRA HAND
Starts at $1,350

Covers everything included in The Basic Package, PLUS
+ Helping clients create and finalize a timeline
+ Refining details about the processional, recessional and ceremony
+ Meeting with the couple 4-6 weeks before the wedding for a walk through at the venue
(pre wedding)
+ TWO day of coordinators (Alex & Britt) both contracted for 12 hours the day of
+ Coordinators set up any ceremony & reception decor and centerpieces based off specifications

THE ICING ON CAKE
Starts at $1,650
Covers everything included in The Extra Hand, PLUS
+ TWO day of coordinators (Alex & Britt) both contracted for 14 hours the day of
+ Facilitating a send-off (if requested)
+ Assisting caterer with cleaning up trash, spills and beverages around the venue
+ Coordinators help tear down, pack up and load cars at the end of the event
